1. Maintain and optimize the human resources information system, Workday, to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee data, payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.

3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their HRIS needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors in the HRIS system and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HRIS system by conducting regular audits and implementing proper data management processes.
6. Train and support HR staff on the use of Workday and provide guidance on HRIS best practices.
7. Develop and maintain HRIS system documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and user manuals.
