The Principal Research Associate - Qualitative will manage and direct research activities from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes and providing technical expertise to ensure compliance with standards and policies. This individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, as well as overseeing the development of reports, presentations, and other deliverables.Required Qualifications:• Master’s degree in a social science field plus 5 years of related research experience• Knowledge of qualitative research design, methods, and analysis• Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, such as focus groups, depth interviews, and other methods• Proven ability to manage and lead teams, as well as coordinate resources and activities• Demonstrated ability to develop reports, presentations, and other deliverables• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
