Research Intern
Westat is seeking qualified undergraduate interns to begin work on research projects. Conducting literature reviews on topics related to the assigned projects. Developing search criteria and summarizing articles into abstracts or reports. Assisting in the development of data collection instruments. Assisting local public health agencies in developing program literature for prospective clients and educational materials for Westat. Analyzing program data; participating in program evaluations. Conducting knowledge synthesis, and preparing and disseminating information and products that support knowledge transfer and adoption.
Must be registered as a senior-year student in a bachelor's degree program.
Students who are studying public health and are enrolled at the University of Maryland are preferred.
