- Provide top-notch technical support to internal staff and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of IT support to effectively assist users in resolving technical problems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Train and mentor junior help desk agents to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency of the help desk.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support when needed.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling technical support requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding information security and confidentiality.
- Take ownership of technical issues and see them through to resolution.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve technical support services.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Help Desk Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Operating Systems, Hardware, And Software, As Well As Network Troubleshooting Skills.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.
Proven Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Tasks And Requests In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
