The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, good customer service skills, and have an eye for detail.We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a customer service field is preferred. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver and remain calm and professional in stressful situations. They must be comfortable working with a computer and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, in order to effectively interact with both customers and colleagues.The Travel Agent will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through the efficient booking of travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, and car rentals. They will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely customer service.
