Job Description

Western Washington University is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our community as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. You will play an essential role in supporting our residential students and the residential experience by providing vision and leadership to our residence life team. Our ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services within the residence life portfolio. The successful candidate should have a Master's degree in Student Affairs or a related field, at least three years of experience in residence life, and an understanding of residential student development. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with a deep commitment to student success and the dedication to create a vibrant and inclusive residential community.
