- Assist in operating various machines and equipment used in the production process.
- Learn and understand all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from experienced machine operators to set up, operate, and troubleshoot machines.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and products as needed.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any machine malfunctions or issues.

Experience In Machine Operation: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Operating Various Types Of Machines, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting.
Technical Knowledge: An Understanding Of Machine Mechanics And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Make Minor Repairs Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Comfortable Working With Computer Systems And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals.
Attention To Detail: The Assistant Machine Operator Will Be Responsible For Monitoring Machine Output And Ensuring That Products Meet Quality Standards. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Identify And Address Any Issues That May Arise.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Involve Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Lifting Heavy Materials. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
