  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a representative of the company and promoting a positive image.
  3. Lead a team of customer service representatives, setting clear goals and expectations and providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
  4. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer interactions.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer service data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the quality of service provided.
  8. Train and onboard new customer service team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to provide exceptional service.
  9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding effective solutions to resolve issues and retain customer satisfaction.
  10. Act as a role model for the customer service team, promoting a positive and customer-centric culture within the department and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Packaging Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Service Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations And Find Effective Solutions.

  • Familiarity With Crm Software And Proficiency In Data Analysis To Identify Areas For Improvement And Drive Customer Satisfaction.
