Lead OT ICS Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security solutions for Industrial Control Systems that meet WestRock’s security requirements.
2. Monitor, analyze, and audit Industrial Control Systems for potential security vulnerabilities and threats.
3. Stay abreast of the latest ICS security technologies, standards, and best practices.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the security of Industrial Control Systems.
5. Provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
6. Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure their proficiency in ICS security.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Troubleshoot system problems and provide solutions.
9. Establish and maintain security policies and procedures.
10. Monitor ICS system performance and availability.
11. Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
12. Develop process and workflow improvements to increase system efficiency.
13. Provide technical support for ICS security incidents and investigations.
14. Prepare reports and documentation related to ICS security.
