Whole Foods Market is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Assistant Store Team Leader to join our team! As an Assistant Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for helping the Store Team Leader with all aspects of managing and leading our store. You will join a team of passionate, customer-focused individuals who strive to create an exceptional shopping experience for all our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role and a passion for the natural and organic food industry. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Store Team Leader in managing all aspects of the store, including staffing, inventory, sales, customer service, and store operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to meet the store's goals and objectives.
  3. Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in their duties.
  4. Monitor store performance and take appropriate action to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  5. Monitor and maintain store operations, including staffing levels, customer service, and inventory control.
  6. Respond and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Serve as a role model and promote a positive work environment.
  8. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
  9. Work collaboratively with store team members to ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  10. Coordinate with corporate and regional offices to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
