  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure team members are well-equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Act as a mentor and role model for customer service team members, leading by example and promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for team members to reference.
  7. Monitor customer service team performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and achieve success.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and incorporate them into training programs.
  9. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for customer service team members, ensuring they are trained and prepared to deliver exceptional service from day one.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among customer service team members.
