
Grocery Department Team Trainer
Whole Foods Market is looking for a customer service-oriented Grocery Department Team Trainer who is passionate about training and developing employees in the grocery department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, retail, and training and be excited to bring their expertise to our dynamic and diverse team. The successful Grocery Department Team Trainer will be responsible for providing a positive and engaging learning experience to Whole Foods Market team members. They will ensure the team is up to date on customer service policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge. This role will work closely with the department managers and team members to ensure the highest quality service is provided to our customers. Qualifications:• 2+ years of customer service, retail, and/or training experience• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing environments• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Passion for the Whole Foods Market mission and values
Responsibilities of the Grocery Department Team Trainer:
- Train, motivate, and develop Whole Foods Market team members in all areas of customer service, retail, and product knowledge.
- Provide a positive and engaging learning experience to team members.
- Ensure team members are up-to-date on customer service policies and procedures.
- Work closely with department managers and team members to ensure the highest quality service is provided to customers.
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback and coaching.
- Utilize problem solving and decision making skills to resolve customer service issues.
- Remain flexible and be able to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Ensure all team members are in compliance with Whole Foods Market mission and values.
