  1. Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels in the grocery department.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to all shoppers in the grocery department.
  3. Ensuring the grocery department is well-organized and visually appealing for customers.
  4. Assisting customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all products in the grocery department and effectively communicating this information to customers.
  6. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with company standards.
  7. Collaborating with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  8. Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries and ensuring proper storage of products.
  9. Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers and team members.
  10. Continuously learning about new products and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  11. Alerting management of any product shortages or quality issues.
  12. Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and courtesy.
  13. Following company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
  14. Demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's mission, values, and standards of excellence.

Job Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Requires Individuals To Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Move Heavy Items. Applicants Should Be Able To Stand For Long Periods Of Time And Perform Physically Demanding Tasks.
