  3. Keep shelves and displays fully stocked and organized, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and priced.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
  5. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain the highest quality and freshness of products.
  6. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate product placement.
  7. Provide customers with information and recommendations on product selection, including special dietary needs and recipe ideas.
  8. Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including assisting in other departments as needed.
  10. Continuously uphold company values and standards, including sustainability, diversity, and community involvement.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of work areas.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by arriving on time for scheduled shifts and completing tasks efficiently.
