  1. Perform daily tasks of stocking shelves and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the grocery department.
  2. Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product location, and making recommendations.
  5. Maintain knowledge of all products in the grocery department and communicate product information to customers.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures for product handling, storage, and rotation.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  9. Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality of products.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company initiatives to effectively communicate to customers.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, team members, and company goals and values.
  14. Take initiative to address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
