  1. Stocking shelves with high quality natural and organic products on a nightly basis.
  2. Ensuring products are properly rotated and organized to maintain freshness and meet customer demand.
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any shortages or overstock to management.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with finding products.
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including restocking and cleaning shelves as needed.
  6. Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move and transport products.
  7. Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
  8. Collaborating with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  9. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including punctuality and attendance.
  10. Continuously learning about new products and staying up-to-date on current promotions and sales.
  11. Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries and properly storing products.
  12. Aiding in the preparation and setup of displays and promotional areas.
  13. Communicating any customer feedback or concerns to management.
  14. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and taking initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision.
  15. Adapting to a fast-paced work environment and being able to work efficiently under pressure.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Experience In The Grocery Industry: A Successful Candidate For An Overnight Grocery Team Member At Whole Foods Market Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Grocery Store Environment. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Day-To-Day Operations And Can Hit The Ground Running.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Position Involves Stocking And Moving Heavy Items, Such As Cases Of Products And Crates Of Produce. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects Regularly.
