- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for campus and internship programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to source candidates.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote Whole Foods Market as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize various recruitment tactics, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for campus and internship recruitment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Whole Foods Market, promoting our mission and values to potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics and progress towards goals.
- Mentor and train other recruiters and hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and goals to effectively communicate them to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the campus and internship recruitment programs to attract top talent and support the company's growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Campus And Internship Recruiting, Preferably In The Retail Or Food Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent From Universities And Colleges
Strong Understanding Of Campus Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Represent The Company And Build Relationships With Candidates, University Partners, And Hiring Managers.
