
Principal Tech Recruiter
As a Principal Technical Recruiter, you will bring robust experience supporting multiple technical areas including software engineering, architecture, product management, and more. Create and maintain strategic recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events. Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences by maintaining low interview-to-offer ratios. Develop proposals and presentations that support your recruiting strategy and plans, highlighting deliverables, timelines, milestones, and ROI. Work with external agencies, vendors and independent recruiters in support of the tech business.
6-8 years’ relevant experience
5+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
Experience leading or participating in hack-a-thons, tech meet-ups and hiring events.
