Principal Workday HRIS Configuration Analyst

Are you an experienced and creative Principal Workday HRIS Configuration Analyst? Whole Foods Market is looking for an innovative and strategic-minded individual to join our team and lead the configuration and maintenance of our Workday HRIS system. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Workday to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. You will collaborate with other teams to review and assess current processes and implement changes to maximize the system’s effectiveness. As the Principal Workday HRIS Configuration Analyst, you will also provide guidance and support to other team members.The ideal candidate should have a background in human resources and information systems, as well as experience working with Workday HRIS systems.
