  1. Assist in researching and identifying potential real estate investment opportunities for Whole Foods Market.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategies for expanding the company's real estate portfolio.
  3. Conduct market analysis and present findings to support decision-making processes.
  4. Work with the real estate team to negotiate and secure lease agreements for new store locations.
  5. Assist in the due diligence process for potential properties, including reviewing financials and conducting property inspections.
  6. Coordinate with external parties, such as brokers and landlords, to gather necessary information and documents.
  7. Assist in managing current real estate projects, including tracking progress and updating project timelines.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas for new real estate initiatives.
  9. Assist in creating and updating real estate reports and presentations for senior management.
  10. Continuously learn and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in real estate.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Whole Foods Market to external parties.
  12. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the real estate team.
