Senior Wellness Engagement Partner

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Wellness Engagement Partner to join our Whole Foods Market team! This individual will be responsible for creating and executing our wellness initiatives in order to drive the culture of health and wellness in our stores and the communities we serve.This highly motivated individual will be a champion of our wellness mission and have a natural ability to form relationships with store teams and customers alike. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and executing wellness initiatives, as well as a passion for healthy living and positive customer service.We are looking for a leader who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with store teams and other stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Public Health, Exercise Science, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in health and wellness, and an understanding of customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives in alignment with Whole Foods Market’s mission.
2. Educate store teams and customers on healthy living and wellness topics.
3. Form relationships with store teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of wellness initiatives.
4. Create and deliver customer service initiatives to ensure positive customer experience.
5. Monitor and analyze program data to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
6. Develop and deliver ongoing training and development initiatives for store teams.
7. Research and stay up-to-date on emerging trends in health and wellness.
8. Support the organizational goals by developing and implementing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
