Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Willis-Knighton Health System. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service to our patients and their families. If you have a commitment to patient care, are detail-oriented, and have prior experience in a customer service role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor customer service trends and develop strategies to improve the overall quality of service.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services provided.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  6. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.
  7. Assist with training new customer service representatives.
  8. Provide support for other departments within Willis-Knighton Health System as needed.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up to date with product and service offerings.
