Willis-Knighton Health System is seeking an IT Clinical Call Center Help Desk Associate to provide exceptional support to our clinicians and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are an excellent communicator, problem solver, and have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. You must also have a strong understanding of IT systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inquiries from clinicians and staff in a timely manner.
  2. Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service with a customer-focused mindset.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  6. Work independently and collaboratively with other IT professionals.
  7. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with patient data and information.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues.
  9. Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
