Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families in the hospital cafeteria.
2. Maintain Willis-Knighton’s commitment to customer service and food safety.
3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Monitor food inventory and order additional supplies as needed.
5. Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications.
6. Adhere to food safety guidelines.
7. Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment and dining areas.
8. Assist with menu planning and nutrition education.
9. Ensure all dietary orders are accurately filled and delivered.
10. Maintain accurate records of patient diets and nutrition information.
