
Social Media Coordinator
Willis-Knighton Health System is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate should have a passion for social media and a creative flair for creating engaging copy and content.The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media accounts, creating content, and developing communication plans for multiple social media platforms.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, a creative eye, and the ability to think strategically and tactically. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think critically and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field• 2+ years of experience in social media and content development• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related media technology• Understanding of social media analytics• Knowledge of current trends in social mediaIf you have a passion for social media and a creative eye for content, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness • Manage multiple social media accounts, create content, and develop communication plans for multiple social media platforms • Monitor and analyze performance of social media campaigns and activities • Develop strategies to increase engagement on social media platforms • Create engaging copy and content for social media channels • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media • Monitor current trends in social media and update social media strategies accordingly • Remain up-to-date on new technology and best practices in social media • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure consistent messaging • Prepare reports on social media activities and performance
