HRG will be accountable for partnering with hiring managers to promote communication and employment practices that have a positive impact on the reduction of turnover, employee morale, and overall business results. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of business principles, regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources. Responsible for ensuring that hiring, employment, and termination practices are compliant with company policy as well as state and federal statutes. Ensures compliance with legal and corporate guidelines Completes various HR projects in a timely manner. Provide support to other HRBPs as needed. May advise employees and management on interpretation of policies, programs and procedures. Carries out administrative work involving HR functions and maintains related records.
