Job Description

Are you an experienced Client Manager looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? If so, World Wide Technology is looking for you! We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Client Manager. This individual will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our clients, as well as maintaining a keen understanding of our products and services.The ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized and communicative professional with a customer-focused approach. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction. The successful candidate must also possess a combination of the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with World Wide Technology's products and services.
  2. Identify and prioritize client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Collect feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings.
  4. Monitor client accounts and ensure all inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in order to provide the best possible service and support to clients.
  7. Monitor client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  8. Generate reports on client accounts and provide necessary updates to stakeholders.
  9. Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to expand client base and increase revenue.
  10. Address client complaints and escalate issues as needed.
