
Quality Manager
The Quality Manager at World Wide Technology is a critical role that requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are looking for an experienced professional who has a proven track record of developing and implementing quality standards that are in compliance with international industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that World Wide Technology meets its quality objectives and is able to certify its products to the highest possible standards.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quality Control or a related field, with a minimum of seven years of experience managing quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. They must have a solid knowledge of quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and Lean Six Sigma, as well as experience in developing and implementing quality assurance plans. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and to collaborate effectively with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans that meet international industry standards.
- Analyze and develop strategies to ensure that World Wide Technology meets its quality objectives.
- Ensure products meet the highest possible quality standards.
- Monitor and report on quality assurance performance.
- Develop and update quality control procedures and forms.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Investigate customer complaints and develop corrective actions.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
