Quality Manager

The Quality Manager at World Wide Technology is a critical role that requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and to collaborate effectively with other departments.

4. Monitor and report on quality assurance performance.
5. Develop and update quality control procedures and forms.
6. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to address them.
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
9. Investigate customer complaints and develop corrective actions.
10. Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
