- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the hotel sales and conference department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to drive business and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients and increase revenue.
- Plan and execute successful events and conferences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and suggestions for improvement.
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities, event details, and client information.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new business leads.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hotel Sales And Conference Coordination
Strong Knowledge Of The Hotel Industry And Current Market Trends
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills.
