As a Pit Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our casino floor. This is a fast-paced and challenging position that requires a keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the casino floor, including managing and supervising dealers and other staff.
  2. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.
  3. Monitor and track player activity, including table limits, payouts, and game procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports related to table games.
  5. Train and develop new dealers, as well as provide ongoing training for current staff.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  8. Monitor and manage table inventory, including chip counts and game supplies.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized pit area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency.
  11. Assist in scheduling and staffing of dealers and other pit staff.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices as appropriate.
  13. Uphold the company's standards for excellence in customer service.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and state gaming regulations.
  15. Serve as a role model and ambassador for the company, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role At A High-End Casino Or Resort.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Casino Games And Rules, Including Blackjack, Roulette, And Poker.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Dealers And Floor Supervisors.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Poise And Professionalism.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Gaming Regulations And Compliance Procedures To Ensure A Safe And Fair Gaming Environment.
