- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Wynn Resorts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business services department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, taking appropriate actions to ensure a positive outcome.
- Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure Wynn Resorts remains a leader in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management.
- Represent Wynn Resorts in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Customer Relations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing New Business Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of The Hospitality Industry And Previous Experience Working With Luxury Hotels Or Resorts Is Preferred.
