- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations, payments, and room assignments.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with general inquiries.
