  1. Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for all departments and shifts.
  2. Utilize workforce management software and tools to forecast demand and schedule employees accordingly.
  3. Monitor and analyze staffing levels, attendance data, and labor costs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on scheduling and staffing decisions.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for all employees, taking into account individual availability, labor laws, and company policies.
  6. Monitor employee time and attendance, addressing any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  7. Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of management to provide regular updates on staffing and scheduling.
  10. Provide training and support to managers and employees on workforce management software and processes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in workforce management strategies.
  12. Identify and implement strategies to optimize staffing levels, reduce labor costs, and improve efficiency.
  13. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies related to workforce management.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional communication.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce management strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Workforce Management Or Scheduling In A Hospitality Or Customer Service Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Workforce Management Software, Such As Kronos Or Adp.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Scheduling Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Manage A Team Of Schedulers.
