Define the LPM, EPC-L and Beyond CMYK offerings strategy and roadmap, including Digital Front End’s (DFE’s), feeding and finishing platforms. Develop process for gathering customer requirements for future product requirements via Market Research, customer engagements and Industry Thought Leaders. Assess market competition through competitive analysis of new offerings, analyzing market data, calling on customers with sales team and attending various customer engagements; be an expert with respect to the competition. Establish and prioritize product goals for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD’s) with program manager and renegotiate internally or externally with supplier, as required. Support product marketing and training teams in developing sales tools, collaterals, messaging, product demo’s, etc. Manage the Technical Financial Excellence (TFE) Process from Concept Initiation (CI) to Launch Readiness (LR).
