
Vice President, Executive and Broad-Based Compensation
At Xerox, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Vice President, Executive and Broad-Based Compensation to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive our company’s compensation strategy and ensure that our compensation practices are industry-leading and equitable across all levels of our organization.We are seeking an individual who is a skilled communicator and possesses excellent problem-solving skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of executive and broad-based compensation policies and practices. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in developing, managing, and implementing compensation programs, as well as the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in executive and broad-based compensation, ideally in a corporate setting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree and/or certifications in compensation and benefits are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of executive and broad-based compensation policies and practices to ensure that they are equitable for all levels of the organization.
- Establish effective communication channels between senior leadership and employees to ensure that compensation policies and practices are understood and followed.
- Monitor and review current compensation programs to identify areas for improvement in alignment with organizational and industry standards.
- Develop strategies to motivate and reward performance, including short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Create reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of current compensation programs and make recommendations for changes.
- Design and administer salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation levels.
- Utilize knowledge of laws and regulations related to executive and broad-based compensation to ensure compliance.
- Develop relationships with external consultants and vendors to ensure access to industry leading compensation information and practices.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure the effective operation of the compensation team.
