
Compensation Analyst
The Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and consultant to the business on compensation programs, policies and practices. Be a strategic partner to HRBPs and the business clients by delivering compensation solutions that support business objectives. Develop competitive compensation offers aligned to Yahoo’s pay practices. Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, bonuses and equity programs to clients. Ensure compliance with all related regulations including FLSA and pay equity.
3+ years of progressive compensation and human resources experience
Previous experience in tech or media companies
Experience and high proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Workday
Analytical skills (data driven)
