  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the credit card space to inform content creation.
  3. Collaborate with writers, freelancers, and other team members to develop engaging and informative content.
  4. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive traffic to the Credit Cards section.
  5. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure all content meets Yahoo!'s editorial standards and guidelines.
  7. Pitch and develop new content ideas and series to attract and retain readers.
  8. Manage and adhere to editorial calendar and deadlines.
  9. Work closely with the social media team to promote and distribute content.
  10. Identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and style.
  11. Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
  12. Stay informed on financial news and developments to provide timely and relevant content.
  13. Mentor and provide feedback to junior editors and writers.
  14. Represent Yahoo! at industry events and conferences.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their interests to inform content strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Writing And Editing, Preferably With A Focus On Credit Cards

  • Strong Knowledge Of Credit Card Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Writing, Editing, And Proofreading Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines

  • Proficiency In Ap Style, As Well As Familiarity With Seo And Content Management Systems.
