Submit invoices, vendor forms and contracts via appropriate internal tools. Own line producer roles on various sized events including the management of: attendee and registration lists (room blocks, etc), print and creative development, administrative / data entry, food & beverage planning, travel arrangements, talent and speaker coordination and various other tasks. Build professional expertise, including knowledge of the company, relationships across platforms, processes, customers, etc. Maintain and manage post-event tracking and ROI analysis.
