
Event Planner
Manage and execute small-medium scale events including both internal and external events, including consumer facing. Simultaneously support multiple planners on events of varying sizes at any given time. Work with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, BlueJeans, Vimeo, and Meet, bringing a constant learning mindset to the new digital and virtual world of events. Submit invoices, vendor forms and contracts via appropriate internal tools. Own line producer roles on various sized events including the management of: attendee and registration lists (room blocks, etc), print and creative development, administrative / data entry, food & beverage planning, travel arrangements, talent and speaker coordination and various other tasks. Build professional expertise, including knowledge of the company, relationships across platforms, processes, customers, etc. Maintain and manage post-event tracking and ROI analysis.
Minimum 5 years direct experience in event marketing industry
Demonstrated experience with on-site event management skills and references/examples that showcase the above
