Review and take action on credit card payments based on customer data, customer payments history and the products sold. Review credit card company portals for disputes and chargeback requests. Reduce payment fraud while keeping false positives low. Close the loop on Advertiser and Marketplace accounts that are linked. Use data to detect risky customer trends and implement processes to mitigate risk. Work on additional projects to meet market needs and team priorities in efforts to drive and improve customer experiences. Work with cross functional teams such as product, engineering, marketplace operations, and sales to make data driven decisions that keep the marketplace safe. Creation of dashboards and reports for trend analysis and performance.
