  1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support human resources initiatives.
  2. Create and manage a comprehensive communications plan for the HR department.
  3. Collaborate with HR leadership to identify communication needs and goals.
  4. Write and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and announcements.
  5. Manage the HR department's social media presence and develop engaging content.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
  8. Manage projects related to HR communications, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR communications.
  11. Develop and maintain HR communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  12. Ensure all communications are aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and feedback related to HR communications.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Act as an ambassador for the organization and promote a positive image of Yale New Haven Health System.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Or Marketing Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Hr Information To A Diverse Audience.

  • Proven Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
