Medical Billing Analyst

Yale New Haven Health System is looking for a talented and experienced Medical Billing Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare, strong organizational skills and a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the medical billing process and the ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical billing records, as well as for monitoring billing trends and providing recommendations for operational improvement.The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years of experience in medical billing and coding, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and a working knowledge of medical billing software. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
