Palliative Care Physician

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking an experienced, compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join our team. We believe that providing quality, comprehensive palliative care is essential in helping our patients and their families through difficult physical and emotional journeys. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans and provide comfort and support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate must have a degree in medicine, with a preference for board certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of palliative care principles, professional ethics, and cultural sensitivity. In addition, you must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
