This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing population health initiatives in order to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of population health principles, including population health analytics, evidence-based practices, and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate must have a minimum of a master’s degree in public health or a related field and at least five years of experience in a health-related field. They must also possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
