1. Conduct thorough and accurate medical assessments for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into consideration their medical history, current health status, and individual needs.
3. Monitor and manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care to promote overall wellness.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, including answering any questions or concerns and providing clear communication regarding treatment plans and diagnoses.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
6. Continuously stay up-to-date on medical advancements, best practices, and guidelines to provide the highest quality of care.
7. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in electronic medical records.
8. Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
9. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered in their care.
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
11. Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff and assist in training and mentoring new physicians.
