  14. Continuously evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  15. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Complex Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
