Master's Degree In Social Work: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Program Is Typically Required For A Social Worker Palliative Care Position At Yale New Haven Health System. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Support Patients And Their Families During End-Of-Life Care.
Experience In Palliative Care: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In Palliative Care Settings, Either Through Internships, Volunteer Work, Or Paid Positions.
