Wound Clinician

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Wound Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced wound and skin care management to a diverse patient population in a hospital-based setting. We are looking for an individual with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a drive to provide superior patient care. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or other related health field, as well as current certification as a Certified Wound Care Specialist (CWCS) or Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN). Previous experience in wound care, skin care, and/or hyperbaric oxygen therapy is preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing the highest quality of care.
