Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Mental Health Counseling Or A Related Field (E.g. Psychology, Social Work, Marriage And Family Therapy)
Current State Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, Or Clinical Social Worker
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Mental Health Practitioner, Preferably In A University Or Academic Setting
Advanced Knowledge And Training In Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders And Providing Counseling Services
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Students, Faculty, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Diverse And Inclusive Environment.
