Job Description

Yale University is seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison to join our Pathology team. This individual will serve as an important bridge between our clinical pathology services and the clinical practitioners who use them. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of clinical pathology, as well as a compassionate, patient-centered approach to their work. This individual must be a highly organized and detail-oriented problem-solver, who can effectively communicate with both clinical staff and patients.The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in medical science, pathology, or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical laboratory setting. A clinical laboratory technologist certification is also preferred. Experience working in a university or academic medical center environment is a plus. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clinical staff and patients, are essential.
