Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to join our team at Yale University. As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives for the University. In this role, you will be able to use your strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to complex process issues.We are looking for an individual who has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in process improvement. You should have the ability to analyze and design operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in higher education or a similar environment is highly desired.If you are an experienced Process Improvement Consultant who is eager to contribute to Yale’s mission of excellence, we would love to hear from you.
